RETURN POLICY

We understand that sometimes things don't work out between you and your item. That is why we offer a return policy to find the best solution for you!

Exchange/Store credits can be issued within 10 days of your purchase.

For exchanges during the lockdown, please contact us by phone (519-574-4690) or email (pashalinat@gmail.com).

Shipping fees are non-refundable and shipping costs to return your item(s) are at the customer's expense. Exchange/store credit options will be issued once the items arrive and are processed at the store.
